Our Story
From a small studio in Latin America to a trusted production partner for US training companies.
Ewaffle was founded in 2020 with a simple observation: training companies in the US were struggling to scale course production. Hiring in-house was expensive and slow. Freelancers were unreliable. Agencies charged enterprise prices for mid-market needs.
We saw an opportunity to build something different — a dedicated production studio that combines the quality and reliability of an agency with the cost efficiency and flexibility of a nearshore team. Based in Latin America, we operate in the same time zones as our US clients, enabling real-time collaboration without the overhead.
Over the past five years, we have served more than 50 organizations and delivered over 200 courses. We have invested heavily in proprietary AI tools that accelerate instructional design and in gamification frameworks that make learning genuinely engaging. Our clients include corporate training companies, HR consulting firms, technology training providers, and e-learning resellers across the United States.

A former Toptal project manager, he specializes in AI-driven product development and has built Ewaffle into a trusted production partner for training companies across the US.
