What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver courses in SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, and xAPI (Tin Can) formats. These are industry-standard formats compatible with virtually every LMS on the market, including Cornerstone, Absorb, Docebo, TalentLMS, Moodle, and more. We can also deliver HTML5 packages for custom platforms.
Can courses be white-labeled under our brand?
Absolutely. Every course we produce is fully white-labeled with your company's branding — logos, color palette, typography, and visual style. Your clients will never know a third party was involved. We can also deploy a complete white-label LMS under your domain.
What is the typical turnaround time?
A standard single course (up to 60 minutes of content) takes 4-6 weeks from kickoff to delivery. For Professional and Enterprise clients, we offer priority turnaround of 3-4 weeks. Multi-course projects are staggered so you receive courses on a rolling basis rather than waiting for all to finish.
Do you handle instructional design or just production?
We handle the full spectrum. Our team includes certified instructional designers who can take raw subject matter content — documents, slide decks, videos, SME interviews — and transform it into structured, pedagogically sound course designs. You can also provide a completed storyboard if you prefer to keep ID in-house.
How many revisions are included?
Starter packages include 2 revision rounds, Professional includes 3, and Enterprise includes unlimited revisions. Each revision round covers feedback on the complete course. We also provide a structured review process so stakeholders can consolidate feedback before each round, keeping the timeline on track.
Which LMS platforms are your courses compatible with?
Our SCORM and xAPI courses are compatible with 50+ LMS platforms.
